Story:
Years after retiring from the world of free fighting martial arts, a man returns to the deadly world of fighting after his best student is killed in a tournament. Masahiro Kai has made it to the finals of the Free Fighting Championship. In a flashback, he recalls Ryu Tenmei training for the event. Ryu made it to the finals against reigning champion Chang Li. After Lee kills Ryu, Kai sinks into alcoholism, tangles with a group of Americans, until he decides to go back to training and defeat Chang Li himself.
