SPL II: A Time for Consequences is a 2015 China-Hong Kong action film moderated by Cheang Pou-soi and produced by Wilson Yip and Paco Wong. The film starred Tony Jaa, Wu Jing, Simon Yam and Zhang Jin, and starred Louis Koo. The film was released in 3D and non-3D formats on June 18, 2015. According to Twitchfilm, SPL II starred Wilson Yip and Donnie Yen, Sammo Hung and Simon Yam. SPL II emphasized an entirely new storyline, with the first film’s Wu Jing and Simon Yam returning with new characters and presenting new cast individuals Tony Jaa and Zhang Jin. Donnie Yen and Sammo Hung were not interested in the second movie.
