Yeh Dil Ashiqana is the story of Karan and Pooja studying at the same university in Poona. The two meet and fall in love, and the romance goes on without any problems until one day when they go to their brother’s house in Mumbai. Pooja’s flight is hijacked by a terrorist group after leader Ashraf-UL-haq malik is arrested. Ironically, the kidnapping was designed by Pooja’s brother Vijay Varma, who was allied with the terrorist chieftain, Akhmash Jalal. Vijay is unaware that his beloved sister Pooja is on the same plane. When he realizes this, he can’t do anything because he forbade Akhmash from doing anything that would jeopardize their mission. Karan dares to risk her life to save Pooja and other passengers, turning Akhmash and Vijay into enemies. Akhmash is now trying to kill Karan. Vijai refuses to marry Puja and Karan. Puja runs away with Karan. However, they are pursued and held captive by Akhmash and his men.
